Caviar & Dreams

Sitting in my kitchen eating caviar and thinking about all my plans and goals for this year. Tomorrow I will begin a new life. There will be some new routines but most impotently more focus on the things I want rather the things that I don’t want. The Law of Attraction suggests that when we focus on the things we want, we begin to attract those things into our lives. Works the other way around as well, that’s why it is so important to choose our thoughts carefully and not waist time on the negative. It is not easy but essential to learn what to hold on to and what to let go.

All the art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on.

XOXO Nicky

  1. Completely right Nick and with a box of caviar in front of me it's easier to keep ! No, without laughing, it's true that thinking negative brings the negative and contrary (optmisitic) the same.
So we all will try to see the things in another way. I decided to be more attentive to myself also and less for people who do not deserve it.Lost of energies. Waisting too much time.
