Tour of the Opera House

The Hungarian State Opera House (Hungarian: Magyar Állami Operaház) is a neo-Renaissance opera house located in central Pest, on Andrássy út.

This time we only went for a tour but it is defiantly an event I do not want to miss. Will be back for the whole experience since I do love opera music and I just adore this captivating place. Hope you are enjoying your weekend and some lovely warm sunny weather!

The afternoon

Looks like Blogger is working again although I had to change the email address attached to the account. We’ll see how long this one is going to work properly. As you can see some of you comments are still missing, I’m sorry about that! Maybe they turn up, has happened before. Anyway, here are some pictures from the other day, I hope you like them. In the park

Margaret Island (Hungarian: Margit-sziget) is located in the middle of the Danube in central Budapest.

As a creative person I need to feel inspired and my mind and body constantly ache for beauty and experience. I hunger for visual, auditory, emotional and physical stimulation. My lifelong ambition is to maintain and find enthusiasm and joy in nearly every area of my life, consistently motivated by the idea that life is meant to be lived, to be enjoyed to the fullest every day. Our passion and curiosity must be kept alive! On that note, when I feel uninspired and empty of impressions I have to change my surroundings. Visit exhibitions, read magazines, to eat, to meet new people and exchange ides, go to auctions and shopping streets, listen to music and read books, to see films and to look at architecture or to be out in nature surrounded by silence and green...like this day :)

Products I can't live without right now!

Vitamin C Serum- Mario Badescu- Helps lighten your skin. It also reduces discoloration. I give this products the thumbs up! :) Vitamin C prevents and even reverses ageing. It also helps to prevent sun damage and treats sun damaged skin.  


BIOTHERM- Sun Vivo Solar Protection DNA Genes SPF15 UVA/UVB- A lightweight, anti-aging protective cream for the face. Use it every day rain or shine.

Clarins - Hand & Nail Treatment Cream - Helps to make your hands soft, minimize age spots and make your nails stronger.  My favorite is still Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment but I really like this product as well because its a multi product and also great for my nails.

TIGI S-Factor Shiny Happy People Shine Spray - A really good shine spray and I adore its wonderful scent!  Gives my hair long-lasting supershine. LOVE IT! 

FarmaVita Essential Oil vials -  Gives me strong, shiny hair and lots of volume. Makes my hair smell like I just stepped out of a hair saloon and I like that :)

I’m sure you are aware of the fact that Blogspot has been having problems the last couple of days. Unfortunately both recent posts and some of your comments have disappeared, I’m sorry about that! A Taste of Summer

Liszt Ferenc Square is a major restaurant and cafe hub in district VI. Cafe Vian is my personal favorite and the spot where we hang out. Love this place! Try theirs mojito, it is the best in town! ;) :P

Afternoon tea

New york cafe can be found inside a luxury hotel called Boscolo hotel, in the heart of Budapest on the Elisabeth Ring-road. 


So nice and relaxing, and such a civilized, enjoyable way to spend the afternoon. I love High Tea! Love love love love :) Thank you very much dear friends for all your lovely comments in my previous post!

The Great Market Hall

The Great Market Hall (Hungarian "Nagycsarnok"), on Fővám Tér in the 9th district, is the largest indoor market inBudapest. 

I love to eat, cook and bake and a visit to the market is always a superb experience for me! Orgy of amazing colors, wonderful scent of ripe strawberries and spices made me hungry. I can tell you that I did not leave hungry or lack of impressions.
